I joined the MTB section 5 years ago. Have been on the MTB sub committee for 3 years helping to develop and organise club racing year round. Responsible for the MTB newsletter and secretary duties and liaising between the MTB sub committee and the BSCC board. Have started doing some summer road crit races the past 2 years and really enjoying that. Have been the Vice President for the past year and have helped continued development of the clubs rules and policies to adapt to the changing environment we find ourselves in. I am keen to try and bring the different disciplines within the club closer together to minimize duplication of skills and work load, to engage more people to get on a bike and start enjoying the fantastic benefits a bicycle can give you.
