MTB: Dirt Grils Ride, February 2012

The format of this ride will be a little different to the usual. We will combine some beginner skills training with the dirt girls ride, so we'll spend an hour working on skills, and then another hour out on the trails, putting our skills to good use! So if you think you aren't good enough yet, YOU ARE! Come along and have some fun.

As always we will find a cafe after the ride for some well earned coffee and cake. Remember, a MTBA membership is required, or a social day license can be purchased for $5. Arrive a little early to purchase your license.

Ride Details
When: Saturday 4th February, 9am start
Where: Canadian forest, meeting at Mt Clear Secondary College carpark
Who:  Any female who wants to ride with like-minded people, meet new people, learn new skills or just get out for a fun couple of hours on a Saturday morning. 
Fee:   Free for BSCC MTB members or $5 for non members, all of which goes to MTBA for insurance purposes.  If you are considering a membership then there are 2 to choose from, a $70 social membership which doesn't allow you to participate in any club racing or a $125 race membership.  

Remember to bring your mountain bike, helmet, gloves (full length if you have them), sunscreen and a drink. Please arrive a little early to allow time for purchasing a day licence or club membership if required.
